As a renovation, this project preserves and restores the historic exterior, while completely redesigning and overhauling the interior. The importance of the intersection between self and function is the main driver of this renovation as every inch within the home is closely curated to the client’s specific needs.

What was once a traditional three bed, two bath home, has been converted into a highly curated space for one that caters to the unique needs of the resident.

While the exterior elements of the historic house are restored to preserve standards, the interior forwards a contemporary program including an European kitchen and accordion doors that open up the interior to the backyard deck. In order to take advantage of main floor space, a custom glass floor door was incorporated that allows access to the wine cellar below.
