ENHANCED VISUALS
The enhanced visual design package takes our architectural design services a step further, using graphics to help you visualize how your project could look as a built and completed product. These efforts can create a better understanding of the space created and potential options for light, materiality and form. While digital real-time rendering is never exact, this process helps narrow the range of potential outcomes, further confirm client desires and bridge any expectations gap.
Enhanced graphics help you gain insight into the design process and understand your project. Our enhanced visuals include:
SITE CONTEXT IMAGING
We take site information and photographs and insert them into the virtual model. This helps the client understand how the project relates to its environment. Instead of looking at the project as an object without site context, we can view the project in a more holistic way. The surrounding and background layers give the feel of the project in its place.
dYNAMIC MODELING ENVIRONMENTS
In order to create the immersive environment experiences, projects require additional pre-work effort. During project setup in Revit (a building information modeling software), our team takes additional time to make the file ready for using the dynamic rendering software that can translate basic 3D architectural drawings into more lifelike images.
DIGITAL RENDERINGS
Digital renderings are available to show more detailed views of project spaces. These renderings can range from raw studies of massing to specially curated imagery of your project. Specific views are considered for each frame. Time is spent crafting each image to represent the feeling and emotion of the space. These views provide a more articulated representation of how the project will be perceived.
MATERIAL TEXTURING
When we are looking at a project’s massing form, it helps to be able to visualize materials via enhanced renderings. This is where we graft potential material choices onto the project form in order to better understand the palette options of the exterior. While renderings never provide an exact representation of the final product, they help communicate the project’s identity.
VIRTUAL REALITY EXPERIENCE
Virtual Reality enables exploration of our digital projects at designated times. This experience allows the client immersive access into the working 3D model to view on-screen fly-throughs. VR Goggles are available for in-house viewing and for check-out on an individual basis. As part of the enhanced package, clients will receive access to ‘look around’ three-dimensional space which helps communicate information beyond a static image.
